When Marc worked at the Russian Space Institute he was inspired while looking at pictures of astronauts who jumped with special socks on the walls of their space ships for exercise. The name Zvezdochka was inspired by the fifth Russian dog in space. The uniqueness of the shoe lies in its ability to interchange the different parts of the body of the shoe.
